Pixels

CX80 Pro loads 32,768 horizontal or vertical pixels, for a total of up to 35,389,440 red, green and blue lamps. Vision Management Platform hands you control using the LCD interface to set input sources, resolution and frame rates, and adjust colors, latency, and bit depth.

Dimensions

The NovaStar CX80 Pro measures 482.6 millimeters wide and 528.0 millimeters deep which just means it nicely fits a standard 19" rack. Or you could option it up with a robust flight case that provides easy access to controls and cables, and keeps it safe and secure in transit and onsite.

Viewing

Enable less than one millisecond of latency. Generate unique calibration coefficients for each grayscale for unprecedented uniformity and image quality. Calibrate the brightness and chroma of each pixel. Support for standard frame rates or adjust for custom settings to just 0.01 Hz.

Performance

Support for 8 or 10 or 12-bits of color depth and up to 240 Hz frame rates. 40G optical fibre output ports. 16 Gigabit Ethernet ports. HDMI 2.0 and 2.1 ports and four 12G-SDI and one DisplayPort 1.4 and a pair of Bi-Level and Tri-Level supporting Genlock signal connectors. Whew.

Power

Rated power consumption maxes out at 170 watts and 1.5 amps and the variable voltage is 100V ~ 240V and the input power frequency is 50Hz ~ 60Hz. Power cords may include USA, Europe and UK. Cables to get set up include Cat5e and HDMI. Quietly running at just above silent.

Installation

NovaStar's CX80 Pro connects to your LED display through up to 16 Gigabit Ethernet ports. NovaStar's next generation control system Vision Management Platform runs on Windows or OSX. Cascade control of multiple CX80 Pro controllers with the built-in network switch.
